178: Goal Setting: Deciding When You're Ready, Ditching Perfectionism, Changing Your Mind, and Other Important Stuff

While culturally January 1st is a date on the calendar that signifies a time you should have a goal to declare, you don't have to do it right when the clock strikes midnight. Or even two weeks later. It's okay if you haven't set goals yet for the new year or if you don't set goals for the new year, period.

And... if you've already written your goals out and created your plan because the specific date on the calendar is a significant and helpful trigger to get you focused on your goals -- that's great, too.

In my professional opinion, you can set goals at any time of the year, whenever you're ready.

We are all different...and I love it!

Whether you're easing into the new year or have already declared your goal(s) for 2024, today's She Doesn't Settle episode is one you should tune into because I'm sharing a handful of things I want you to keep in mind when setting and taking the first few steps towards your goals. (A few things might surprise you.)

Setting and working towards goals isn't just simply declaring the goal and getting on autopilot - there are so many pieces to the process that are important. If you want support as you work towards your goals (or in deciding what goals you actually want), let me know. I'm taking on more one-on-one clients in this new year and would love to work with you!
